Individual, Group and Family Counseling

Resolutions Counseling Services, LLC offers individual, group and family counseling to address a variety of mental health issues or concerns. Common issues addressed include anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, family discord, marital issues, attention deficit/attention deficit hyper activity, conduct/behavior disorders,  mood, impulse control, and adjustment disorders.

Groups include:

  1. Anger management/conflict resolution-this group is designed to help children and adults  identify triggers and  to develop effective coping skills to anger. Anger management group also teaches children and adults how to resolve conflicts without violence.
  2. Social skills- designed to help children  and young adults ages 5-21, who struggle with establishing or maintaining age appropriate friendships and social connections. Social skills groups are great for children who are shy, lack confident or those who are on the autism spectrum.
  3. Parents of deceased children- support group for parents and grandparents of deceased children. This group is designed to offer support and comfort to parents who struggle with the loss of a child, regardless of manner of death.
  4. Life skills- educational group for children and adults ages 10-21, who have difficulty managing life skills that influence independence and self sufficiency. Skills taught include manners/etiquette, money management, interviewing and employment training.

Groups are offered in the evenings and vary by day and time. Please call the office to get more info on the days and times that each group is held.
